UK delivery times: Delivery estimates vary by item and are shown at checkout. UK-stocked items typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Other items ship from our vetted international partners and usually arrive within 3–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier or customs delays outside our control.

Tracking: Every order is tracked, and the number is emailed to you once your order ships. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll help straight away.
